Customization
We offer customization services ranging from small modifications to existing Kakari Systems Ltd. software all the way up to unique, custom-designed software build to specifications.
Implementation Services
Working with your in-house staff, we will lead you through the entire process of setting up your system. These services will enable you to quickly reach the stage of using the system and receiving the benefits.
Customer Service Plan (CSP)
Our CSP subscription includes free software upgrades for the coverage period as well as technical support for qualified users. Our standard software packages include six months of CSP coverage in the purchase price.
Technical Support
We are pleased to offer technical assistance with all our products. Technical support is free to users with a current CSP subscription, and is available on a fee-per-use basis to customers without CSP.
