Customer Service Plan

Our Customer Service Plan (CSP) includes:

  • Copies of software upgrades or patches at no charge
  • Discounts on training courses for multiple participants
  • Unlimited technical support during our regular business hours, by telephone, email or fax, for qualified users.

Qualified users include users who have received software training or who have equivalent software experience.  Users become qualified after receiving appropriate training from Kakari Systems Ltd.   Alternatively, users receiving in-house training from their company can be accepted as qualified users following a brief trial period. 

CSP does not include consultation, customization, training, travel and issues unrelated to Kakari Systems Ltd. software.
