On-site
Initial on-site training for Task Tracker is usually done in about three days. Gaining full understanding can take longer. As each user's needs and systems are different, our trainers will tailor the agenda to suit your needs.

Setting Up and Managing Shift Schedules
- Users actually generate shift schedule masters and use it to create production schedules of any length; such as four, six, or eight weeks.
- Learn to handle relief staff, vacations, training shifts, absenteeism, etc.

- Learn to measure task times realistically.
- Learn to balance work orders based on workload measurements.

Forecasting Material Consumption
- Learn to predict the consumption of materials based on assigned tasks for the actual module.
1.0 HourOver-the-phone
On-site training is only one option. You can also take over-the-phone training. This allows you to get help when you need it and on one area at a time. Many companies have found this very useful as they do not always have several days to devote to training.
