Task Library List

 
  • A list of tasks grouped into categories so that they can be easily found. Some of the attributes listed on this report are:
    • Period - the number of days between task occurrences
    • Class - the type of worker that will perform this task
    • History Log - whether a history record should be made on completion.
Location Types/Tasks  
  • List of tasks sorted by location.
  • Includes the days of which the tasks are scheduled.
Locations by Area  
  • A master list of locations in an area.
Locations by Job  
  • You can instantly print and use this quick report to view which job group (worker) is responsible for which locations in the facility.
Work Orders  
  • Usually issued on a weekly basis.
  • Provides detailed description of what needs to be done and when.
  • Staff can easily check off completed tasks.
  • Includes a column for the overdue factor, allowing staff to see how ‘due' a task is.
Detailed Staff Schedules  
  • Shows up to 6 weeks ahead on a standard 8.5" x 11" sheet.
  • Shows what area the relief staff are covering.
  • Double bookings can be easily trapped and eliminated from the schedules

Personal Scheduling Statistics

  • This report lists your inventory. Includes information such as the vendor's name, issue unit, order unit, cost, and more.

  • This report lists the product catalog of a specified vendor.
Annual Materials Forecast by Item  
  • List the materials attached to tasks and predicts how much of the material will be used in a year.
  • Management can use these predicted consumptions (which can be compared to the actual) to create a budget.

Task Time Standards  
  • This report lists the time estimates and controls to determine total times. For example, it'll take 0.115 minutes to wash 1 square foot of floor.
  • With this information, management can schedule cleaning duties efficiently.

Area-Room Square Foot Totals

 
  • This report provides a summary of all square foot entries for each room in the facility and gives a total.
  • These areas are used to calculate times for certain tasks (e.g. floor cleaning, walls, vents, baseboards, etc.)
Detailed Workload by Location  
  • This report provides the details of what tasks are contributing to the weekly load.
  • By adjusting frequencies, you immediately see the effect on the load.
  • Again, this report can be used by management to schedule efficiently.
Summary - Workload by Room  
  • This report provides the average hours per week in a given room.
  • This is useful in balancing loads between staff.
Job Workload by Room  
  • This report provides the room summary workload (in hours) by job (worker).
  • It will show the effect of moving locations from one job to another.
Work Order - Hours Remaining  
  • This report provides the outstanding time for each staff in mid week. For example: if someone is sick, you will know how urgent replacing them is.
Quality Inspection  
  • This report can be easily generated and provided to the QA personnel to list, check off, and comment on the quality of the cleaning.
  • This report can be issued on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis to ensure that the facility is cleaned efficiently.
