Task Library List |
|
- A list of tasks grouped into categories so that they can be easily found. Some of the attributes listed on this report are:
- Period - the number of days between task occurrences
- Class - the type of worker that will perform this task
- History Log - whether a history record should be made on completion.

| Task Time Standards |
|
- This report lists the time estimates and controls to determine total times. For example, it'll take 0.115 minutes to wash 1 square foot of floor.
- With this information, management can schedule cleaning duties efficiently.

Area-Room Square Foot Totals |
|
- This report provides a summary of all square foot entries for each room in the facility and gives a total.
- These areas are used to calculate times for certain tasks (e.g. floor cleaning, walls, vents, baseboards, etc.)
