Task Tracker Facilities

The core software system includes everything required for a comprehensive janitorial management program. Task Tracker includes:

• Work Order Control
  The heart of the system consists of the complete physical breakdown of your facilities, tasks, location types, areas, jobs (work orders). The control module tracks every task done every period. The management overhead to do this is about 45 minutes per week for every 50 full time members of your staff.

  Using weekly work orders will help to ensure quality and result in an increase in staff efficiency anywhere from 10% to 30%. Task frequencies will improve efficiency beyond expectations. For example, using a frequency of nine days would be possible with the control module instead of seven days (weekly): a savings of more than 30%.
  

• Workload Measurement
  This module gives you the quantitative measures to justify and find the right decision. Once the control module is in place, you are ready for analysis reports of workload times per work order and location. You can better balance workloads by reassigning rooms to other work orders. This can be done with the control module but now you know the load more precisely. We have included efficient ways to handle complex workload measurements such as vents, baseboards, walls and floors and daily tasks.
  

• Inventory Forecast
  This module allows you to very easily forecast the exact consumption of products such as floor cleaners, soap, paper towels, mops, vacuum bags, etc. You just link the product to the task. As you adjust the control parameters such as the frequencies and floor areas, the inventory forecast report gives you the new forecast. You require virtually no extra management time to use this module.
  
  You can compare what you are supposed to be consuming to what you actually are consuming by checking your purchase orders.
  

• Staff Scheduling Module
  This very powerful module lets you create master staff schedules and then quickly generate actual ones from the masters. It shows all substitute staff bookings, all vacation, sick, absent, training days, etc. In fact you can create your own codes. It traps double bookings. You can print out end of year statistics and even personalized schedules.
