Security and Data Integrity

With ESTIMATOR, our powerful security system is completely customizable and can be applied to all screens and functions, ensuring that each person using the system can only access or alter appropriate information, preserving both data integrity and company security.

• Function Security. A user group can be restricted from accessing any screen or function, with security being set to No Access, View, or Full Access. This simplifies the user interface, reduces the margin of error and minimizes training needs.

• Individual Access. Row-based security allows access to information to be restricted on a person-by-person basis rather than by groups. For example, each estimator can be granted access to only relevant projects or areas of projects. Click on the diagram below for an example.
