Reports

ESTIMATOR's powerful report engine is fully integrated with the data dictionary to make report management and creation efficient.

Preset Reports. ESTIMATOR comes with a number of common, preset reports. To view sample reports, click the report title below:

Report Title	Description
Bill of Materials (Purchasers)	A BOM for internal purchasers
Bill of Materials (Converted Units)	A BOM generated in converted units. For example, if an estimate is in Imperial units, the BOM can be created in metric.
Bill of Materials (Vendors)	A BOM for provision to external vendors for request for pricing
General Estimate by Area	A report of the estimate, summarized by area
Indirect Costs	A summary of the indirect costs of a project
Owner Statistics	Details about each project owner, such as contact information and address
Pipe Diameter	Conversion factors between inches and millimeters
Pipe Estimate	Reports of the pipe estimate, in current or converted units, sorted any number of ways, including: Area/Drawing/Line/Code Area/Drawing/Line/Spec Area/Material Type/Group Line Area Spec and more
Pipe Mass Report	A report of total pipe mass to assist with shipping cost calculation
Project Areas	Summary of all areas within a project
Project Estimate Detail	Detailed summary of the project total estimate
Project Rates	The rate table for each trade
Radiography Report	Detailed summary report of the frequency and cost of x-rays
Stud/Nut Count	Add-on to the BOM providing quantity and specifications of required studs and nuts.

Custom Reports. ESTIMATOR reports are fully customizable based on user needs. Any user with the appropriate access level can add new reports, customize report layouts and make changes to existing reports.
Quick Reports. In addition to preexisting and custom reports, ESTIMATOR can generate a report from any screen or grid in seconds.
Exporting Reports. Reports are exportable to other formats, including Excel spreadsheets, Acrobat Reader (.pdf) files, text, rich text and html.
Printing Reports. ESTIMATOR supports letter and legal sized paper, landscape orientation, label printing and barcode generation.
Graphic Interface. With ESTIMATOR, users can include corporate logos or graphics in reports. Other items, such as spreadsheets, text documents and images can be embedded in ESTIMATOR reports.
