ESTIMATOR is delivered with its only library derived from construction industry guidelines as set out by John S. Page. This ensures that ESTIMATOR is ready for use quickly, with no complex setup required.

• Versatile 4-Level Library. Levels include:

  Division - such as concrete, shop fabrication, electrical, plumbing, insulation and so on

  Subdivision - for example, painting, grouting, wood framing, doors, siding and more

  Minor - optional breakdown level to be used if required

  Item - detailed items, such as columns, beams, trenches, walls, sumps, shingles, decking, slabs, conduit, etc.

• Library Import. Existing library data can be imported to create a custom library or merged with the standard library to form one comprehensive, custom estimating library

• Customizable Library Data. Users with security rights can add or modify items to customize the library as required, providing endless expansion and growth possibilities.

• Imperial or Metric. The library can be setup in Imperial or metric units. Regardless of library unit of measure, conversion between Imperial and metric is available at your fingertips.

• Automatic Cost Updates. The library date-stamps and retains the most recently input equipment and material costs for easy reference and recall.

• Designated Crews. Each library item has a crew designated. A crew can be formed by from any number of trades, set on a percentage basis. Crew codes are easily modified or organized to adapt to any requirement.
