• Our software is shipped with a four level library which uses established construction industry guidelines and standard productivity hours as defined by John S. Page.

• Existing library items can be modified or new items added as required.

• Track projects by area, code, drawing and user-defined sort.

• ESTIMATOR supports the takeoff and reporting of:

• Labor hours and cost
  Material cost
  Equipment cost
  Sub-contractor cost

• Users can choose whether project data is entered in Imperial or metric units. ESTIMATOR will generate reports in either unit regardless of original unit of measurement.

• Manage and build crews with no limit on the number of trades in one crew.

• Create a bill of materials from the takeoff
