Maximizing Usability : Learning IGOR Basics (2 Days)
Prerequisite: Some computer experience is required. Users must be comfortable with keyboard/mouse use and basic computer functions such as Windows navigation, opening and saving files and printing. No IGOR experience necessary.
Target Audience: This course is geared towards personnel who are responsible for setting up preventive maintenance, managing work orders and equipment status and handling demand maintenance issues. Ideal for new IGOR users, as well as experienced users who want to sharpen their skills.
In this course, you will:
- learn to identify equipment hierarchy and apply this knowledge to organizing maintenance management
- define, link and initialize tasks
- use reporting tools to manage information
- learn simple customization techniques
- manage work requests
- issue, manage and close both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work orders
- explore history and analysis tools
- find out how to set up IGOR to work for your organization

Maximizing Usability: IGOR Inventory and Purchasing (1 Day)
Prerequisite: Maximizing Usability: Learning IGOR Basics or equivalent experience
Target Audience: This course is targeted at users who will be utilizing IGOR inventory and purchasing management capabilities.
In this course, you will:
- learn to identify and define part groups, codes and distribution centers
- initialize parts and adjust part quantities and prices, transfer or return parts
- reserve parts for work orders
- manage parts and inventory
- prepare and issue purchase requests and purchase orders
- set up and vendors and link vendors to parts
- print shelf labels or barcode tags for inventory

Maximizing Usability: Creating Awesome Reports (2 Days)
Prerequisite: Kakari Systems Ltd. introductory software training or equivalent experience as well as some technical aptitude and understanding of database structure.
Target Audience: This
course is targeted at advanced users who are interested in advanced report management and creating new reports.
In this course, you will:
- Create basic reports and make basic modifications.
- customize report layout.
- Setup summary reports
- Learn more about quick reports and saved reports
- Learn how degree of detail is used when running reports
- Adjust report appearance, including font, column width, shading, orientation and more
- Set up headers, footers and page numbering
