IGOR, our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), was first released in 1986 as DOS-based software. IGOR's design and features have changed over the years to keep pace with advancing technology and customer needs.

IGOR focuses on reducing downtime and eliminating firefighting by increasing equipment reliability through powerful preventive maintenance control. The first step to controlling maintenance problems begins with effective preventive maintenance.

IGOR Modules

Work Requests
Any licensed user can submit work requests, but sometimes an organization may have users who do not require access to any other areas of the software except work requests. We offer a limited license for additional work request users, at a fraction of the cost of a complete user license. Users can add work requests and monitor the status of their requests, while other access is restricted. There is no limit to the number of work request users, regardless of the total base user count.

Purchase Requests
An economical option for users who may need to submit purchase requests, but do not not need access to any other areas of the software. There is no limit on the number of purchase request licenses. This limited license is independent of the total base user count, and is a fraction of the cost of a full license. Purchase request users add and monitor the status of their requests, while other access is restricted.

IGOR Database Options

IGOR is now available with your choice of database:

• Access - Ideal for smaller organizations with only a few user licenses.
• Oracle or SQL Server - Many larger organizations prefer to implement software using Oracle or SQL Server databases. IGOR is available with either of these options.
