Equipment and Asset Management
Use IGOR to efficiently maintain a database of owned and leased assets, including buildings, equipment and fleets.
Preventive Maintenance
The dynamic nature of IGOR's task scheduling means that PM work orders are issued with a minimum amount of effort. Control is maintained by summary reports of all work orders issued, parts and labor required.
Work Requests & Demand Maintenance

The demand work order system integrates smoothly with IGOR's PM maintenance, resulting in a system that is easy to use and effective in reducing demand maintenance. Work orders can be created from work requests or using existing task documentation from the task library.

Task Library & Documentation
User-defined tasks can be attached to unscheduled (DM) work orders as well as PM work orders. Managing the task library and documentation is simple with features such as copy, merge, linked tasks, and detail suppression.

Set up profiles of individual employees and track pertinent employee data such as training and skills, awards, accidents/injuries and reprimands.

Purchasing & Purchase Requests
Create purchase orders quickly and efficiently. Purchase requests can be tracked, rejected, or approved and turned into POs with ease. IGOR includes fully customizable PO reports, multi-currency support, vendor price analysis, preferred vendor, short stock and more.
Predefined Reports
IGOR comes with a number of standard reports already created. Corporate information such as address or logos can be easily added. New reports can be created or existing reports modified as required to meet specific reporting needs. Click here for a list of predefined reports.
Document Manager
The Document Manager included with the IGOR software allows users to attach files such as images (jpeg, bmp, etc.),.pdfs, Word or Excel documents, or AutoCAD documents to records in IGOR. Users can view or print the file without exiting IGOR.
Branch Capability
IGOR's branch feature allows tables and reports to be designated as common between branches or associated with specific branches. Users access can be set by branch so that users see as much or as little data as necessary.
Security Features
Security setup is easily accomplished. Use predefined security groups or create new groups to fine tune access. Visual preview shows access levels at a glance, and the ability to assign user groups access at various levels on any menu or function results in a reduced margin of error or misuse.
