Don't all CMMS packages do the same things?

• No. Most CMMS software have same objectives, but they vary in methods, simplicity, flexibility and cost. If you would like more information about the IGOR CMMS solution, please contact us.
  

How is IGOR different?

• IGOR's flexibility sets this software apart. IGOR is easily customizable, giving our customers complete control over functions such as creating and editing tables, fields, sorts, relations, tabs, update screens, grids, reports, pick-lists, defaults, edit box masking, attaching images to tables, screen logout, menu box sizing, field alignments, data formats, and much more.
  
  

How much does IGOR cost?

• The total cost to implement the software depends on a number of different factors such as total licensed users, database requirements and modules. There can also be costs such as customization, data conversion, implementation and training. Please contact us for information on IGOR prices.
  

What will the cost include?

• The software license cost includes the software and a minimum of six months customer service plan (CSP). It does not include customization, training or consulting.

Will you help us set up the software?

• We will help you with any questions you have about the software installation. We are able to provide consulting services for implementation and maintenance set up. We offer data conversion and import to IGOR for existing data. This can include Excel format spreadsheets or an existing CMMS database. Kakari can customize the IGOR database to meet requirements specific to your organization. Reports can be modified or custom-built if required. On-site services are also available. Would we need training? Isn't IGOR a user-friendly program?

• IGOR is user-friendly and has excellent context-sensitive and on-line help features. Nevertheless, it will be unfamiliar software for your staff and learning new software often requires rudimentary training. There will be a period of transition while staff become accustomed to IGOR, and we have found that basic training helps improve staff performance with IGOR as well reduce user error and resulting delays or frustration. Training can take place on-site, in our classroom facility in Edmonton or even over the telephone. Please see our Training section for more details.
