Experience
We have been developing software since 1981. This kind of experience gives our customers more than just software tools. We are also able to provide solid, proven solutions, including consulting and customization.

Software Customization
Users like to be in control of their software environment. This can mean something simple like making a column wider or something more significant like adding a new column. We take this basic need to the limit by introducing a powerful data dictionary that defines your environment. What this means is that instead of reprogramming the software to make it different, the user makes simple changes to the data dictionary and the changes instantly appear.

Database Customization
Most packages do not allow database customization at all or to a very limited degree. For example, a company may want to reference their equipment to data such as drawing numbers, contract numbers, PO numbers, internal reference numbers or something else. With Kakari software, expansion capability is unlimited. You can even add a sort to the database so the users can search and report on this data. It has equal status to the standard data. Customized data is all preserved, even when you get an upgrade.

Report Customization
Again, most other systems have limited report generation capabilities, sometimes because third-party report writers are used. Since an external software tool does not understand the database structure of the software, creating a report is often difficult. We have rejected this limitation and difficulty by integrating low level reporting tools and building a user friendly interface which uses our data dictionary. This puts the user in complete control of all reports.

Rich Text
Rich text refers to the ability to use different fonts, italics, bold, colors and underlining in your documents. In database systems, documents are usually memo fields. Many systems do not support rich text in memos or, if they do, cannot print rich text memos. Our software does, which makes for much higher quality reporting capabilities.

Update On The Fly
Often users need to enter data on one screen but are to go to a second screen to add the data needed on the first screen. This can be very frustrating, tedious, and unproductive. With Kakari software, we added a standard button that is available on every pick-list that allows full screen editing of any lookup field.

Fully Relational
One aspect of relational software is the automatic tracking of related records. Deletions and name changes are both important. For instance if you were to change a name, Kakari software would change that field wherever referenced. The process is the same for deletions, all references are deleted.

Unlimited Documents
Kakari software allows the linking of multiple documents; including AutoCad, Word, JPEG, bitmaps and many, many more; to any table.
